1-31-2024 *************** paided them $7995 and finance charges was included that was $14,000 total. This company install me a 2 ton air heat unit and said that this unit was capable to provide me comfort to my home.Im disputing the payment that was paid to them, including the finance charges.I spoke to the manager about this problem. After being dissatisfied and not being comfortable in my home.I was told after they I got paid that my home is too old and not suitable for a heat and air unit. They said me that myhome had a lot of issues in order for the unit to make me comfortable.Thats not what they told me at the beginning of the contract. I felt like I was manipulated and missed lead for me to sign a contract. I have a Heat And Air unit my electricity is high. I have to run fans in order to keep me cool with a brand new unit. This is too much money to pay for Heat And Air unit and not getting comfortable and no satisfaction something I got to pay for for ten years

Last summer of 2022 someone came to our door to offer us solar panels for our home. After a long conversation we agreed to the purchase. The representative said this would take about 2 months to be installed and for us to begin using them. We are now in January of 2022, and it is not completed. After having the roof replaced, they went ahead and installed the solar panels. Around October 2022 we were told that all we needed was for the city to come and inspect the installation and then for ************** to come and connect them. Neither the city nor ****** ever came. We have not received any follow up calls. We have called Swift Solar several times asking for answers as to when this would be completed. We keep getting the run around. I have asked for a manager to contact me and no call back. They keep telling us someone will be calling us back and no one has. Now I am getting calls from the bank which we took the loan for this project asking us to start paying this. However how can we pay for services that we are not receiving. We are now having two pay two large bills one to ****** and another one to this bank for the solar panels. This was supposed to be an easy process and it has been a nightmare. I am not the only one in my neighborhood that is going through this with this company. At this point many of us are questioning whether this was a scam. All we are asking is for this to be completed. We are new homeowners and are barely making our payments and now having to pay two large bills is really making it difficult.
