    My experience with Motion PT has been one of the most harmful medical encounters of my life. What should have been a path to healing became a cycle of mistakes, mistreatment, and unprofessional conduct that left me without consistent access to care, feeling dismissed and retraumatized. At the ************ location at ***************************** endured repeated microaggressions and discriminatory behavior from staff, including physical therapist ***** ******* and his team. Hoping for better, I transferred to the ************************* location at ****************, but the situation worsened. Physical therapist ***** ***** repeatedly refused to provide treatments that had been standard practice everywhere else, leaving me in more pain. Leadership, including director ******* ****** and supervisors ****** ***** and ****** ******, escalated the hostility through verbal attacks and dismissive conduct. Instead of supporting my recovery, Motion fostered a hostile culture that caused measurable harm. Patients deserve better.
