October 2023 I pre-paid Netblazr $479.40 for one year of ***************** Several times in 2024 there were extended service interruptions lasting 2-14 days to our building. This last interruption started around April 26th 2024. After many days of no service I switched providers and requested a balance refund. I have received an email from them that they had tried to contact me by phone (no messages left) and the email did not specify how to reach them by phone. I emailed them back that they could call...crickets. I again emailed them with my request Monday May 13th..again crickets.

We are residential customers of **************** in ******. Our **************** has been out for 4 days now. We keep on calling NetBlazr and they keep on telling us different stories every time. It was a city wide issues first, then they said it's an issues with our condo building, then they say its only our issue. They scheduled to send out technical support, but they never showed up on the scheduled time, and now they did not even show up on the scheduled date. Have been waiting and waiting with no resolution, no information on what is being done and no ETA on resolution. **************** is polite but utterly useless, because they keep on repeating the same scripted lines with no real information. Given that Internet is a vital part of modern life, almost a necessity of life, a 4-day outage with no clear information or resolution in sight is completely unacceptable.

We live in *********, ** and use Netblazr as our internet service. For some reason, the geolocation of our IP address from Netblazr reports as ************* and/or ********, even though we live in *********, **. Because the geolocation of our IP address comes from **************, paid streaming subscription services think our location is in **************. Due to this, MLB.TV blacks ** out of viewing ******************** baseball games (even though we live in ********* **). We have contacted Netblazr at least 5 times, and the issue has not been resolved. I pay an annual subscription to MLB.TV to watch Nationals games, and there should be no reason for ** to be blacked out when we live in *********, **. I believe this is bad business practice by Netblazr.

    Hello!

We investigated the issue with our engineering department and found that the ****** app was detecting the ** as being located at ******** due to some incorrect records for the a **************** base that this app use. This means that the ** we are providing was correct but requested from the company that handles the **************** base for this to be changed and your ** location to be detected as ******.

We didn't heard back from the *** database, on may 8th we reprovisioned the circuit with a new individual public ** address, hoping that it might provide a more immediate solution to the access issues with MLB.tv.

On May 9th we were informed that the problem was a blacklisted ** rather than a geoblock. Albeit not a frequent occurrence, this does sometimes happen if a streaming service mistakes one of our **'s for a VPN. The good news is that the ** swap I mentioned earlier resolved the issue as per customer's confirmation.

    Rgds,
