    We have been leasing copiers through this company, but their service has consistently been none existent. The copiers are frequently out of order, and despite repeated requests, they fail to provide timely maintenance. Additionally, their lack of communication is frustrating, as emails often go unanswered for weeks, if they are addressed at all. To make matters worse, they continue to bill us for services we canceled years ago. Their disorganization has reached the point where theyve locked us out of our account, preventing us from ordering or receiving necessary supplies. As a result, our copiers remain inoperable, severely hindering our staff's ability to carry out their critical job of educating students. We have had numerous phone calls with no results. They promised new devices and never provided them. They have not lived up at all to their agreement of services provided. They expect us to continue paying for services we do not receive. We have asked numerous times out of our contract and they will not honor that simple request. They also promised a credit to our account but never received one . Few example are included .
