    My mother called Premier Ace Hardware asking about the gas heaters which she ask the female could she bring the heater back they said you can bring it back for a refund. I purchased the heater February 14,:2025 at 5:37 pm. I brought the heater back Tuesday February 18 2025. I get inside the store the cashier said she was trying to get the manager on the phone the cashier told the manager was not giving me a refund I told her that not on the receipt or inside the store stating I can't get a refund on this heater. The cashier said rude I told her she did know what rude was if she thinks This is rude. I told the cashier I didn't have no problem with her I had one with the manager I never once talked with. I also said I'm going over their heads I ask for the Manager name I was it's *****. The I ask the reason I'm not getting my refund is because I'm black in which the cashier got very hostile and upset and said I can a sure that's surely not it. Then I left out the store with my heater. Before I re enter the store I took a picture of the store policy on the door and inside the store behind the cash register. I just want my money back. The cashier never check the heater or scan it she never once ask if anything was wrong with it. The store has cameras it would show you exactly what took place on February 18,:2025 that morning.
