Do not hire him. His company was hired for a remodel and the work was not done appropriately or on time. He wasnt able to complete the work by the completion date. When I tried to talk to him about the status of the job, he threatened to cancel the project. He was rude and unprofessional. The worker that did most of the work, he was very nice, was left by ******* to work on this by himself and the job needed supervision from *******. ******* offered his worker no help. We ended up having to hire another company to finish this job because ******* would not get back with us or return our calls. The only reason he was used is because my parents wanted to do this for us at our house. The job was done in a sloppy manner and any time I brought up something to ******* he brushed it aside. Do not use him unless you like hiring another company to fix the unfinished and and improper work. ******* never came to check on anything and left his workers alone. Do not use this company

This is in response to a unsatisfactory review, Upon reviewing the review, I must respond to the misleading statements, events and timeline of the construction job. We were contracted to do a complete remodelling job to outside storage shed to be used a arts and crafts. Upon executed the contract, our client was given a tentative work scope and scheduled in advance and was told that in construction jobs that more an likely this could be altered and change due to unforeseen hidden problems which was the case. We had numerous obstacles to over come. Example, the old cast iron piping that was notice when tore the wall that will have to be replace to code. We also have to reconfigure the complete floor plan to install the piping..There are numerous other obstacles we had to overcome. but the most important we also found a gas leak that had to be address, pushing the timeline to finish back. I also need to mention here that our client failed to also mention that we fix the problem at no charge saving him thousands of dollars. But, the tipping point was that like the contract call for the repairing and painting the back exterior wall. But we ran into an issue with the back neighbor that would not allow us to step on their property making it impossible to accomplish. I notified our client that we would have to alter the contract that I would not be able to complete this part of the contract unless he works out his difference with the back neighbor. Our client was not happy with this and he displayed his intentions on the matter. In the same conversation he also stated that he was unhappy with the progress of the jobs timeline and I tried to explain the massive problem we had to overcome. Right from the beginning it was evident that our client was going to be very difficult to deal with , but, was than I realized I couldn't work with this unreasonable client and he would not be happy no matter what I do. It was then I notified his father who was paying for the job, that it would be in our best interest that I would have to cancel the contract due to his attitude and not willing and understand what we would have to do to complete the job. The father who I had done previous jobs and had contracted us for the is project, begged me not to cancel and I quote said My son is a teacher and he at times has that teacher analytical mentality and can he hard to understand and difficult to work with He also said that he would take over the project and all communication would be with him. I agreed and from that point on I had no problems with the job, all the standard concerns were always address and completed. The job was completed and the contract was fulfilled an approved by the father for payment and the file was closed till I was notified today of the bad review and the unsatisfactory nature of this statement , eight months after the completion of the job . So it is our position that the job was completed as agreed. We were never notified in any form from our client or the father that there was some issues after the completion of the job. It is also our position that if we are notified that these issues would have be solved to the best of our abilities accordance to our warranty policy. It is also our position that we were not given the opportunity to solved the punch list. It is also our position that were were not actually given the list of problems to solve and have no idea to this day what the complaint is. It is also our position that due to fact that our client hire another contractor to repair our work, again I have no idea to this day the scope of the work, that our warranty is NULL IN VOID. In conclusion, for 37 years and over ****** jobs completed we have always acted in good faith with the highest efforts in customer service to always honored our warranties and would have work with the clients to solved the problem if we would have only given the chance. Also anyone that is considering hiring us, please reach out to me at ************ to the provable facts, not just reading this review, my reputation of my company depends on this.
