    On June 4, 2025 I was traveling on Sheridan hwy. I was traveling in the slow lane at 65 mph when two semi trucks hauling gravel for Ruston Rock It LLC drove around me in the passing lane at 75 mph. After getting around me they moved back over into my lane and 4 rocks proceeded to strike my windshield one after another cracking my windshield in several spots. I had no time to react due to the speeds they were traveling. I contacted Ruston Rock It LLC and the guy on the phone said it was considered a “road hazard” and it wasn’t his trucks at fault. I told him I have videos of the rocks striking my vehicle. He said he didn’t see anything on them when I sent them. Also, keep in mind there were no other vehicles around us during this entire event. I want Ruston Rock It LLC to pay to replace or fix my windshield for their negligence.
