    We utilized this company to manage a property for rental. There is over promising and under delivering. Brandon ********** disguises himself as nice and helpful but when it comes down to getting your money (your rent due to you as the landlord) you will get the run around. Every single month I had to run down when I was going to obtain my rent payment. Some times I wouldn't receive it until the very last week of the month. It was time consuming and with all of that I should've just managed my property directly if I had to run down the rent payment every month. Now that the tenant who destroyed the property has moved out (3 months July 2024) I've gotten nothing but the run around AGAIN as it pertains to the deposit for the cleaning and damages that I had to pay for. Not one cent was returned. Emails calls and text messages are not returned from this company or Brandon directly. Do yourself a favor and do NOT contract with this company or the so called owner Brandon **********. When you do bad business it always comes back on you. There is nothing upstanding about this company.

    This company has failed to provide services and is screwing me over in the process again and again. When I moved in, I had no idea there was no mail service. When I finally found out there was a problem with the mail, I contacted the office and they contacted the post office. But then 2 weeks later nothing was fixed. I requested help from the landlord Priority Reaux Property Management every two weeks to get my mail, a BASIC necessity and they NEVER fixed it.

    Then my toilet clogged and my shower clogged because of course they don't have any drain collector. It took 6 weeks to have them fix BASIC NECESSITY request even though I contacted them with my availability every week.

    Now i have finally moved out and they are witholding my security deposit for no reason. It's been 35 days. The best part is they let me know the mailed my check to the address I emailed them that I was no longer staying at 3 days prior!!! So then they made excuses about needing the check to cancel... even though that's not my error.

    Then they changed their tune and said they give things back in 30 days. Then they tried to say they were taking deductions for stuff left behind...until I wrote back and let them know I took video so I haveprrof that I left it in good condition and now I haven't gotten my money back.

    They have literally driven me to suicide and nervous breakdowns I have never been treated so poorly thisis crazy making. And fo what reason??????

    We are writing in response to the recent complaint filed by *** ***** We respectfully deny the allegations made in her complaint. Here are the facts as we see them:

    1. **Personal Belongings and Property Condition**: Upon vacating the property, *** **** took her personal belongings but left a significant amount of food in the rental fridge. This oversight resulted in a bug infestation and ultimately led to the necessity of replacing the refrigerator.

    2. **Security Deposit Handling**: We mailed the security deposit check to the address she requested. After the check was sent, *** **** informed us that the address was incorrect. Despite this, we managed to return the security deposit minus a $150 cleaning fee, which is documented in the attached breakdown.

    3. **Threats and Office Safety**: Throughout our interactions, *** **** made several threats towards our staff, causing considerable distress and concern for their safety. The attached emails illustrate the nature of these threats and the difficulties we faced while addressing her concerns.

    Our business values integrity and strives to maintain a high standard of service. This single, isolated incident should not tarnish our reputation. We have attached the relevant emails and the security deposit breakdown for your review.
