    I purchased a vehicle a 2016 Nissan Altima on the dash it stated 47,000 miles and the salesman said it had 47,000 miles on the car three weeks later I pick up my title on the Title estate at 46,000 miles two weeks after I bought the car I started having major problems with the car so I decided to run the vin number on the car it came back that the odometer was broken in November 2023 and because of the odometer being broken does a serious issue with the title the car shows 800,000 miles right now in the vehicle no longer runs I only had the vehicle 2 1/2 months and the car is broken won’t even start

    On march 3, 2024 Kisha ***** purchased a 2016 Nissan Altima from Top Auto Rental & Sales,  LLC.  We purchased this vehicle from auction with  the true miles unknown.  The vehicle had 59407 on the dash but car fax stated last reported miles 138546.  Therefore when car was sold Ms ***** sighed a bill of sales that state true miles are unknown.  This vehicle had obvious wear had a dent on passenger side quarter panel and NOT in mint condition.  This vehicle was priced at the condition it was in and if it was in excellent condition with extremely low miles the vehicle would have been price far above $6500.  Ms ***** picked up her title several weeks later in her vehicle with not complaints…several months after she purchased the vehicle she called the office stating she had to replace the key due to her key fob not working anymore and not having an emergency key with the key fob to get n the car.  I even ask if it was possible she damaged the key due to water or liquid damage. When she had the locksmith make her another key he deleted the old key and when he tried to program the new  key it would not take the program.   He told her to contact the dealer.  She called me instead a the Nissan dealership.  Although I’m not a mechanic or locked smith, I ask how is this any fault of mine.  I can’t speculate as to how she lost or damaged her original key but if the locksmith is using a aftermarket key fob or not the correct key fob of course it won’t take a program.
