    I had a car accident on 12/16/2021 i did my insurance claim and pick manhattan collision center to repair my car. My car went into they shop in january of 2022 they had my car for about 3 months doing repairs so i finally got my car back, so fast forward to april of 2023 about ***** months later i get water inside of my vehicle thru the trunk which they worked on i send it to ***** delarship to diagnosis the problem they said it was due to incorrect repairs of my rear window and trunk seal which was done by manhattan collision center i called and reported it to them they wont return anyof my calls they lie and says they going to look at it never did avoiding my calls this has caused me to lose out on work for 2 months because i have no car the repairs are about a total of **** dollars i have called everyday no response or anything

    1/17/2023 I had to pay $260 to get my car fixed ********************* already paid for the car to be fixed and they are asking for more money that I dont have It is a health issue for me because I use my car for weekly doctor's *************

    ***************************** dropped her vehicle off to us on 12/19/2022. All of the repairs have been completed and her vehicle has been ready for pickup since 1/17/2023. The estimate of all the work completed has been sent to Go Auto but as of today we have not received any payments from the insurance company or the customer. The total for all work completed is $2,225.10. I have attached the invoice for the work completed. ***************************** came to the shop yesterday 1/17/2023 since her vehicle was complete but did not want to pay the bill. ***************************** left the shop without paying anything and her vehicle is still at the shop. Go Auto has stated that they are mailing the shop $1,964.53 for the repairs but we have not received the check yet. The bill will be short $260.57 which will need to be paid before the car is released.
