    I have an apartment that I have been leasing for several months. I started getting a really high bill for my electricity beginning in November. My bill went from no more than 120.00 a month, all the sudden I get my November and the bill jumped up to over 400.00, and was even higher in December and now January. I told the management as soon as I received my bill for November, that something was definitely wrong. I wanted them to come and check it out to see what the problem might be. They refused to come check out anything until after Entergy came to see if there was a problem on their end. I called Entergy several times since December, and they would never come out, until I finally filed a complaint with the Bbb. They then finally came on 01/26/2023. The guy from Entergy knew right away that something was wrong with the unit outside. It never shut off the whole time he was there. So I called the office again, and let them know what Entergy said the problem was. The management office sent over the maintenance guy, and he realized the problem also, and fixed the problem on the outside and inside unit. He even said that it was a fire hazard, and could have caught fire if it wasn’t fixed and taken care of. The day that the unit was fixed, my usage of my Entergy went down dramatically. I have been in contact with the management office, to let them know that they need to pay any amount over what my regular bill would usually be since November. It is not my fault that they would not come and check and see if there was a problem, until the electric people come first. It took an act of congress to finally get Entergy out there. Now my bill that is owed between November and January is now 779.00 dollars owed, and the next bill projected is 215.00. I need them to pay this, because my electricity will be cut off in a couple of weeks, because I don’t have that kind of money to pay for something that wasn’t my fault in the first place. I will send some pictures of the bill and the usage that was used before the issue, and what was used after the issue started

    Creekwood townhomes harassing my account that’s been settled in 2022 I’m not obligated to pay creekwood we settled it they putting this on my account I would like to disputed it
