    I took my truck to this shop to get transmission fixed I was charged $600 for the work. Work didn't get done. And I go to use the warranty that was given I was told the son of the owner went to jail they didn't honor warranty and businesses supposedly changed hand I was charged another $800 the second time now my truck still sits at this shop. Truck hasn't been fixed total of $1,850 and nobody wants to talk to me about it nobody knows who owns the shop it's a scam please help shut this place down

    Picked up my car on 6/12/2023 on 7/7/2023 $3000.00 was paid to ********************* to start work on my vehicle. And on 8/1/2023 another $1000.00 was given to Mr. ********************** Continuous ************* were made by me to get any information on my vehicle was made by me. I was lied to so much and ignored by no answers or ignorant smart smerky comments made by ********************** Or his favorite answer, it will be fixed tonight or tomorrow. 3 months now I still don't have my car, or my 4 thousand dollars & no communications in 3 weeks now. I have paid 4 notes on my car and ********************* still has it in his shop & won't let us see it or tell us anything about it. What kind of people runs a business like this! I need my ******** need it fixed! The phone number to the shop is disconnected & we can no longer call to find out anything.Please we need help and answers. We are elderly & have medical issues and need our transportation.
