This is not the first time this has happened, I believe its the 4th time regarding the same matter. I have informed this buisness several times I would prefer to receive paperless billing as I am not always at the address to check the mail for the bills they send. They stated they do not offer paperless billing. Regardless, I went to the website they provide to pay my bill online and the website was not working. I called the number, and no answer like usual, so I left a message on the voicemail stating that the website was not working, I just want to pay my bill and left my contact info and waited for a return call. Nobody ever returned my call or answered and I tried calling several mire times during buisness hours. This was last week i tried to call. Fast forward to two days ago, im finally back at home and able to get on my computer and I pay the bill because now the website is working. About an hour after I paid the bill my water was shut off. I had to go to the buisness the next day in person and pay an additional $50 in cash for a reconnect fee. I asked why last week no body returned my call and the rude woman there said they never received a call and shes the one who calls. She also stated that they send out a text message to let you know that your water is getting shut off, a text message i never received. She saidnit mustve been an issue on their end. She also ststed that the website was indeed working fine and I must have just typed in the wrong account number. An account numver i know by memory by this point. The woman working behind thenwindow also proceeded to tell me they could come remove my water meter completely if they wanted too. I responded with "im sure my children would love that." I am not first person with this issue and juding by their google reviews and word of mouth as well as several experiences myself, something isn't right here.
