    Hey my name is ******** ******* and i paid ******* ****** 1200 dollars and when i was moving my stuff into the house I did a walk threw , then a few days later i noticed that it had alot of problems going on like numerous of holes in the walls , smoke smuggling on the wall by the stove , living room wall needs painting the door to the heater , have alot of trash in it . The bed room door is broken and the other bedroom paint is gone . The room doors is dirty & the tub not working . Everyday i come to bring things in this house it's more and more things going on . By the thermomsat it's a burn mark !!! I don't have the key to the front door . all the drawers in the bathroom is dirty ! I called him and he was being very rude on the phone . The house doesn't comes with a refrigerator nor blinds . Also he have a camera on the house . Im not satisfied nor safe . Because I don't want anybody watching me if I'm renting from them . I have four kids . In really will like a refund
    So I can find me another house that im okay with . He stated that i had a lot of traffic here, I haven't been here at all unless I'm bringing my things. Also, 2 church members stopped by quickly. Another day someone helped me to bring a box of clothes and to help me set up my things. The man that's working on the tub was being very sarcastic he told me to leave my door open and I don't feel safe, he's the maintence man, he's suppose to have a key.     Dear BBB, 

    When we received the first complaint from you we reached out to ******** ******* because she is a current tenant of ours. She said that she initially did send the complaint before we were able to make the situation right. She really wanted to rent from us and we worked with her to work out the issues she had.  We asked if she would contact you to retrieve the complaint but we have learned that this did not happen.  

    Our rental company has several years of positive feedback and many of our tenants are long term. We take pride in our rental properties and do our best to provide the best for our tenants.  We keep an open line of communication open and allows do our best to keep our rentals in great condition.
