I scheduled an appointment with Weiler Plastic Surgery Center in downtown Baton Rouge. I was unsure about getting fillers in my face; however, after getting to the center the environment was comfortable and I began to settle down and accept the process. While getting the injections the person who was administering it answered all of my question and concerns. But at one point, she stopped injecting me and stated that she was going to save some of the solution and for me to let the swelling go down and then come back so she can determine where I might need the remaining solution. I informed her that my family and I were going out of town and that I would be gone for at least a week. At that point, she stated that it would not be a problem and that I could come back at anytime to get the remaining solution because it would be there for a few months. I explained to her that I was going out of town to get a surgical procedure down and I would not be able to come back immediately. At that point, she stated that it would not be a problem. However, after recovering for about 4 weeks and trying to go back to get the remaining injections, I was told that I would have to pay an additional $150.00 for the injection that I have already paid for. So my initial visit was $1200.00 meaning the solution was previous paid for and Weiler's employees are requesting that I repay for something that had been paid for. I tried explaining to them that I did not tell the person who was administering the injections to stop injecting it in my face. It was her idea to stop and save it for future but when I tried to go back to get the injection a few weeks later there was a problem and they were looking for n additional payment, which to me is a scam because if I sit in the chair and pay to injections then I don't think it is fair for someone to determine how much solution to save and then wants to recharge a person for something that has already been paid for.
