    On 4/4/24 at approximately 1:00 a.m., my daughter told me she had a flat. I bought 2 cans of tire sealant around 1:20 a.m.. I left to go help my daughter immediately. Upon arrival I saw she actually had a blowout and the sealant was useless. I returned back to the gas station for a refund around 1:40 a.m.. I was told they don't give refunds. This information is not on my receipt, nor is it posted anywhere in the store. I left and retuned around 10:00 am today, the person on duty called a manger by the name of ********, whom I spoke to briefly. She told me, they don't have the capability to do returns, there's not even a button that gives them this option. That's a bold face lie. I paid with a credit card. All card machines have a refund option. I simply want my refund.

    you have attempted to return certain items for a refund. While most items are
    eligible for refunds, there are certain items that may not be refundable due to
    our policy. However, the items you have tried to return fall in line with our
    refund policy.

    We will be contacting you shortly to assist you with the
    refund matter and to provide additional training for our staff. We value all
    our customers and look forward to serving you better in the future.
