      Lazy people worst rates worst policy options, absolute awful customer service. Just sat on hold 30 minutes for a QUESTION. How freaking lazy are you and the stupid music I have to listen to on hold. Hate this company hope it fails and owner goes bankrupt

      had one of their drivers hit my new car that only had 300 miles on it, the driver decided to take off as the cop was pulling up. After contacting the go auto it took 35 minutes to say they can't start a clime i need to contact the owner of the car that hit me which is their job. I got ahold of my insurance who contacted them to get it going. the next day I get an email from ****** ***** saying they need more info and to call them. After contacting them and being on hold for 1.5 hours with no answer. They have my contact info but too lazy to reach out the right way.

      horrible service.. too many flags with this company. Talked to ******  Phoenix area. We were interested in new insurance. Provided him our current declaration. Have spoken to him several times. Said he had a quote ready for us...but have not seen anything. This has been going on for a week.. Adios Go Auto Insurance...You must be a flake.... unethical or something. Watch out people!!!!!

      There was an incident that I could not prevent on my way home from work, and I tried too many times to contact them to inform the company what happen before and after I filed a claim. I'm still stuck with a vehicle that want even move anymore, and my car play a major role towards my employment. I refuse to give a star because this should be placed in the eyes of the media-Because if it was, I along with many others would not be on this site right now. These types of situations will drain you mentally and cause frustration-But not me because if you're rotten, I will not hesitate to expose you because I work too hard for my money and I want all of mine back.

      I recently had an extremely disappointing experience with Go Auto Insurance, and I feel compelled to share my story as a warning to others. My experience has led me to believe that their customer service is among the worst I have ever encountered. I spent nearly two hours on hold and playing phone tag with a casualty claim adjuster named Ms. Simon, which was incredibly frustrating. To provide some context, I was driving home from a relaxing visit to the barbershop on my new 2023 motorcycle when I was struck from behind by a driver in a 2020 pickup truck. It felt as though the other driver acted as if nothing had happened. I could have easily become another statistic, with the news reporting a reckless motorcyclist involved in accident, all while I was simply stopped at a red light. To add insult to injury, the supplemental claims department seemed to operate on a model of issuing the lowest possible checks. When I requested a fair amount, they responded with an even lower offer. Congratulations to Go Auto and ******* ***** ******* for their "exceptional performance"—a performance that felt far from exceptional. Furthermore, I encountered an individual named Donnie Harrison, who I can only describe as rather inexperienced and lacking in knowledge. It's frustrating when younger individuals in this industry are not given enough credit for their expertise; unfortunately, this experience has shaken my faith in finding genuinely good customer service in today's world. This entire ordeal has solidified my belief that insurance companies prioritize profits over their customers' well-being. As someone who works hard to maintain my vehicle, witnessing the decline in its value due to a lack of support from my insurance company has been disheartening. If you find yourself in a situation requiring insurance assistance, I advise you to seek out a reliable mechanic or, even better, a competent lawyer. As the saying goes, "If you want something done right, do it yourself!"

      GO AUTO IS A RIP OFF!THEY ONLY COVER MISSISSIPPI AND LOUISIANA.THEY CHARGE EVERYBODY 147.OO-250.00 MONTHLY.LEGALLY YOU HAVE A 10 DAY GRACE PERIOD WITH OTHER COMPANIES.BUT WITH GO AUTO THEY CANCEL YOU AND SEND YOU TO THE STATE OF LOUISIANA MOTOR VEHICLE DEPATMENT IN 5 DAYS AFTER YOUR DUE DATE.THEY LIES TO THE STATE OF LOUISIANA OR MISSISSIPPI.AND CANCEL YOUR INSURANCE WITHOUT SENDING YOU PROPER MAIL OF COMMUNICATION.THEY ALSO LIES ON YOU FOR PRIOR YEARS.SAYING YOU DIDNT HAVE INSURANCE ON YOUR VEHICLE AND THAT IT HAS BEEN CANCELED FOR MORE THAN 60 DAYS.GO AUTO IS NOT A GOOD COMPANY.IF YOU HAVE AWRECK IN ANOTHER STATE FOR EXAMPLE LIKE FLORIDA,OR NEWYORK GO AUTO WILL NOT COVER YOU!PLEASE DONT GO WITH THIS COMPANY THEYRE HIGH FOR LIABILTY AND FULL COVERAGE! I SWITCHED IN SURANCE COMPANY BEFORE MY RENEWAL DATE AND THEY GOT MAD AND LIED TO THE STATE OF LOUISIANA AND SAID I CANCELED MY POILCY.BUT I HAVE RECEIPTS I WENT GOT A BETTER DEAL AND I LEFT THEM.HAHA. RUN RUN DONT GO WITH THIS SCAM COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      I would never recommend Go Auto. my vehicle got stolen September 22. I called the insurance company the next business day to file a claim. You can never get a timely response with anything. Every request the claim manager asked for I sent. Here we are January 2025 and my claim was denied due to lack of response. I have every email from the agent requesting information and me sending that information within a timely manner. He sent the email for his supervisor. I have yet to get a returned phone call. Every time I call I get his voicemail. It’s like these people aren’t sympathetic of what people are going through with no vehicle. Every time I call I always get a response saying the case agent will reach back out but I don’t hear from anyone until weeks later. I’m highly upset. I still have no vehicle. They haven’t been in contact with my vehicle lender regarding the vehicle. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND anyone going with Go auto. Poor professionalism, poor customer service and poor communication. This has been a nightmare dealing with this company.

      Horrible customer service. Was rear ended by a vehicle insured with Go Auto. Took 6 days to finally speak to a person. Had to go through my insurance to get a rental and my car totaled out. After this Go Auto said they were denying claim due to their insured vehicle being driven by a person not on policy. To speak with someone on the phone is close to impossible. Waited 35 minutes on phone and even went to local location and still no answers. Do not get this insurance or hopefully not in a wreck with someone who has it.

      I have been happy with the customer service although I have not had a claim. I don't expect to have a claim because I am an excellent driver by always scanning to be a have great defensive technique. I had the best de instructor at ******** ********

      This place has horrible customer service and very unprofessional. Renewed my insurance on Nov 1 and had to leave almost $600 foot down payment and cancelled on the following day. They would not return my down payment and I was only insured for a day. Them I called the main office number and hold times were over an hour, so I requested a call back. They didn’t call me back until the next day and hung up on the middle of the conversation. Called back and got the same action; returned the call to only hang up on me again!!!! Worst experience ever!
