    Owner of company installed the wrong heat pump unit. It’s not the right size for my home and it does not work sufficiently. Had several phone calls with the owner he likes to tell me I’m wrong about what has happened. He did take the right protocols to install the equipment so therefore it makes sense why it doesn’t work right. He did not have it inspected after or try to make it right after I told him I just wanted to the right size equipment. I want his equipment removed without him damaging any of my remaining items left for the next company to do what he did wrong

    S & J Heating and Air Conditioning installed the same size heat pump that had been conditioning the house for the last 22 years.  The issue with the customer was resolved, and technically the desired settlement outcome was proposed to the consumer 4 days earlier than the consumer's submitted complaint date, by S & J Heating and Air Conditioning.  During the installation there was not an inspector in the jurisdiction to inspect replacement jobs. S & J had made several trips to the residence due to noise which were rectified. Once unreasonable accusation of S & J Heating & Air Conditioning not actually changing customer's equipment did S & J break communication with consumer, as each visit prior, a technician checked system performance and found nothing wrong with operation of system. Once consumer informed S & J Heating & Air Conditioning of a desire of a different size unit for the house 2/13/2025, S & J Heating & Air Conditioning agreed to refund the full purchase amount in a certified check. The consumer wanted cash, even though they did not pay in cash, they also refused to allow S & J Heating & Air Conditioning to remove the equipment that had been installed on 5/31/2024.  Once S & J Heating & Air Conditioning received the equipment, that had been installed for 7 months, a certified check was issued to consumer.
