    This company provides a 1 year warranty on all their products, well, my box went down and instead of fixing the problem, they started talking about how they don't care, they wont drop their lives to fix customers issues, they just want to sell boxes and be done with it, they say things like, reviews what affect their business, i have a screenshot i will attach to this. bottom line is, if you get a box from them, they wont keep their word, that helps keep customers that comes to them, rather buy from someplace else. It will be in customers best interest to buy from other business, that will actually help you when your box goes down, which happens often. Every since i got this box, i had issues, they kept putting it off, finally i somewhat demanding repairs and they responded in a way a business person shouldn't. They keep changing their names, probably because they had other bad reviews. Now instead of remoting into my box and fixing it, they want me to MAIL IT AND PUT A RETURN ADDRESS LABEL IN IT. In other words, they want me to PAY TO GET MY WARRANTY BOX FIXED lol. They don't realize these boxes freezes all the time and now with this kind of service, people will be better off, getting one from a real dealer or get cable instead
