    I visited store on April 4 and wanted a shirt but they did not have my size in stock so I filled out form and pre-paid. They said it would arrive within a week. After a week I emailed them, someone said they'd check then nothing. I have emailed them twice more and no response received.

    Hello

    The customer did come into the store, and decided to purchase an item that was not in stock. Ordering the blank shirt, delivering the blank shirt, to getting the shirt printed is a process that takes 6-10 business days to complete. (depending on where the blank shirt is coming from. The shirts we use are shipped out of **********, so there's a 5 day wait period to acquire the shirt, before it's printed. We've been in contact with this customer about his order, as pictured in the first document. (a negative response was given when we offered when we tried to message him the tracking info.) The shirt has been delivered, and picked up by ****** *****, as shown in the 3rd document.

    We are a small, locally owned business. We do not have investors, business partners, or angel investors. This is a 1 man operation, from designing the clothing, to ordering, printing and shipping. We're not as fast as ******, but we're not trying to be ******. We are a small mom and pop shop that tried to go above and beyond for a customer like ****** since the product was out of stock. Shame on us I guess. I hope this can be resolved, since he got the product, and we do not want any negative BBB reviews for going above and beyond for a customer.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I did eventually receive the shirt as ordered and am extremely happy with it.   It's a shame that the communication wasn't better throughout the process so I didn't feel like this was the course of action needed. I advocate strongly for small local businesses.  I would suggest educating staff on giving out ETAs that can't be met as I ordered this shirt with a specific event in mind and it did not arrive in time even though the ETA given when I ordered the product. I'm a little disappointed that the business did not take more accountability for "fumbling the football" on this transaction but at the end of the day I finally received what I paid for as ordered.

    I ordered a hoodie from The Native Brand from https://t*****************/ after visiting their store. They took my money which was over $50.00 and never sent the merchandise. I then called the store numerous times and they do not answer. I have tried to email them and write them on their ******** numerous times to get in contact with someone but I am never successful. On their *******k page there are numerous people that have reported the same issue of not getting the items after they are paid for.
