    I went into Mega Gym on or around 6/29/2024 in order to cancel my gym membership. I have not been into Mega Gym in roughly the last year and recently moved so I decided it was time to cancel. The interaction went smoothly and I was told I would be charged again in July and could still use the gym up until the beginning of August. I signed the cancellation form and got a copy. Months went by and in October I noticed a charge to my card from Mega Gym with the amount of $38.16. I then checked to see if I had been charged since July and found that the charges never stopped after cancelling. I was finally able to go back and fix the issue on 11/07/2024. When trying to find out why I am getting charged they claimed to not have a cancellation on file and could do nothing more if I did not have my copy of the cancellation form. Since months had gone by and I assumed my membership got cancelled I had lost track of the paper. With this being said all they could do was cancel my membership today and put a note in my file about the issue. I understand the situation and all I am asking from them is to refund the money back to me. I know there is surveillance footage of me being at the desk and signing the form and I would like to get this resolved.
