    I live in a property managed by Cedar Property Management in *************, the property manager is ***** *******. For more than twenty-five years owners who qualified for handicap signs or ramps were afforded them by the Assoc. Soon after ***** became property manager I had need of a handicap sign. She informed me that they would no longer be issued and and the ones already would be removed. I called the ******************************************* and was told to request Reasonable Accommodation. She never addressed reasonable accommodation and just talked about the master deed, ignoring the **** and the law. She even removed a handicap sign for an owner in a wheelchair. The Human Relations Agent told that the law trumps the Master Deed and found cause for her action. The agent told her she could sign the consent to allow for handicap signs or the case would be turned over to the County Attorney. She signed the consent still insisting she did not discriminate against the disabled
