From the moment we walked in to check in until we picked our pups up the next day the experience was terrible. When we walked up to check in and waited for them to find our reservation one employee came and asked the one checking us is who the dog in the intake room was and her response was "I don't know who that is, its been in there so long I don't know its name or where it should be" We should have turned around and left right then. The rest of our check in was the woman being rude, barely looked at the paperwork she asked for, kept asking us to repeat which dog was which and when she took our 2 pups she mumbled about taking their pictures and started walking away. We have never boarded our 2 dogs before and I asked if she needed us to do anything else and she said 'no you can go' and walked away. The whole thing felt strange but I just was hoping it was just the intake woman and that the people looking after our pups wouldn't be the same.
When we came back the next day to get our pups I let them know who we were, and while one woman was looking up our dogs and requesting someone to bring them up another employee started complaining and said 'they were supposed to be gone already so I don't know where they are'. I'm not sure if she was referring to our dogs or someone else's but it was definitely rude and inappropriate infront of a customer who had trusted them to take care of their pets. After I payed I asked if they needed my ID (as stated in the paperwork we signed the day before) and without them ever knowing my name they both laughed and said no as if I was crazy to ask. We were pointed to the door where we should wait for the dogs. Once someone brought them out they were panting and pulling every direction. We greeted them cheerfully while the woman all but shoved the leashes and bag at us without even a hello. No one told us how they did or of there was anything good or bad that happened during their stay. We get out to the car and my little white dog has poop on his hind end in his hair, and our other, extremely happy on any other day, dog was in the backseat trembling and panting hard. At this point we just went home because we all just needed to get home and I knew we wouldn't be coming back again. If you're going to run a place for pets to be taken care of while their family is away, hire people who ACTUALLY LIKE AND CARE about animals. These people were not pet people, nor gave any craps about any of them. We will NEVER be back. Im just thankful it was one night. I can only imagine if I was multiple days. Protect your pets, don't bring them here!
