      We hired them to move us about 4 or 5 miles. They load our property on their truck and we pay extra to have it on the trucks in storage for 5 days. On the 19th of June they started delivering our stuff. They finished on 20th of June 2023. We had about 50 items broke, damage and destroyed. They also damaged the floor and doors at the previous house we moved out of. They sent a gentleman by the name of **** ******, who works for 12 moving companies to look at the damage. Everything he did, you could still see the marks on floors, furniture and walls.He comes to our new house that had just been painted and new floors in the cottage. He tries a few things and said, I'm not going to able to fix or repair what ****** ***** torn up. House was built in 1830. He said a lot of the moving damage was pre existing conditions. There not one item on contract that says, this item or items, has pre existing damage. He took 2 dinning chairs to his shop to piece back together and return them to us and you can tell just where they have been repaired. We have ask for $1000.00 for repair to house and cottage floors and walls. They offered $250.00 first, then told us they where going to talk to **** ****** about this matter, but **** said, he was never told about it. So **** ******, and someone decide to send us a check for $350.00, saying, pacceptance if this check will be considered full and final settlement of the property claims and associated with the move. When we meet with the representative of the company. she said, we should take out the full amount of insurance in case something got damaged or broken and we did take the full amount. As of January 4, 2024, we haven't received our check for $3770.00 from ******** ********* ******** for items that where damage or destroyed. ******* ****** is Claims Rep. Check we received from Fister, Inc dated December 15.2023, I have all my letters and contracts if you'll need them. Thank you, **** ******** *** *** *****
