    2 of the fence rails are damaged and I have requested they be repaired. Vendors representative came out and said the boards were damaged by someone. As the boards were not damaged by me, they had to have been damaged at some time by the installers or the rails were defective at installation. The fence was installed less than a year ago. I have contacted the vendor several times and they are unwilling to repair.

    We hired Superior Fence & Rail to replace our fence in May, 2023. They came out to do the work, but we had to leave before they finished due to a health emergency. When we returned home a few days later, the gate was not the size we spoke about, but it was the size they wrote in the contract, which I did not realize when I signed it. Also, I had asked them to leave some of the old fencing, but take the rest away. They left it all laying in the yard. I have called numerous times to fix the problems. I agreed to pay the extra money needed for a larger gate, and they finally came back out and replaced the gate. However, they left one post about 1 foot above the fence and did not put a latch on the gate. I have called to ask them to trim down the post and install the latch, and remove the old fence debris. This is has been going on for about 8 weeks. They have not fixed the problems, but they still are demanding payment. I have told them I will pay them when the job is completed. They have threatened to come and tear out the whole fence. We don't know what to do at this point.

    We did the work exactly as the contract stated and even went back and changed the gate to a larger size without charging the customer.  The post has been cut done and a new latch installed at no cost to the customer. Per the customers request we left the old fence and stacked it neatly along the new fence.  The customer has since paid for the remaining part of the job they owed.
