    I would give them no stars if possible. I purchased my pool from them and have used for service for the last 3 years. I had a filter replaced that was installed already leaking. I am now dealing with a salt cell that no longer works. Was told they would be back 2 weeks ago with the cell when the tech came back to fix the filer that was installed leaking as I may be still under warranty. No one came back with the salt cell, I have called and left messages for an update. I was even told they would drop offf the cell but wouldn’t install unless I paid another service fee. Not a single word from them. No contact to let em know what’s going on, nothing. I’ve been dealing with my issues since early April and have had an awful experience with being contacted back in a timely manner. Starting to feel that if I was a man, I wouldn’t be dealing with the issues I’m having but because I’m a female homeowner, I’m being ignored a pushed to the side. Now I will have to pay another pool company to install a salt cell that should be replaced under warranty. Whomever is getting them to contact you back, whats the trick? I highly recommend going with another company that appreciates repeat business and takes care of those having issues when they installed the pool.
