5 starsDustin installed a tankless water heater. He did a fantastic job. I can’t say enough good things about him. Professional, Polite, Funny. He took the time to answer all of my questions. I believe the reason why Plumbtite is so successful is because they hire such fantastic people to represent them. 5 starsPlumb Tite has been my go-to resource for plumbing-related issues. I've been using them for the past few years in my private residence and my rental unit. I like the fact that there is no service charge. More importantly, they are very professional. They show up when scheduled, which is important for my busy schedule. I have not had a plumbing problem yet that they weren't able to take care of. If there's a way that I can save money, they will let me know instead of adding tasks that I really don't need.Review fromShekhar M

4 starsPlumb tite did the full camera scope of two of our gutter outlet drains , found the blockage in one and cleared it up . **** the plumber was knowledgeable and professional. We ended up doing the camera scoping and paying for two drainage pipes when only one was necessary to clear up the block. Its best to go step by step.Review fromA. Kite

Needed plumbing added to our second floor bathroom so we could have a shower/tub. Plumb Tite came out, gave a fair quote and had them back out in just a few days to do the job. The job was complete in just a few hours as promised. Communication was great from start to finish and they were friendly, professional and respectful of our property.Plumb Tite, LLC

$95 bucks to tighten 3 bolts, then $321 to do a total rebuild, and then I had to buy a new flush handle because it didnt work right so I had them come back out and they wanted $95 more to install a flush handle, never recommend this company!Plumb Tite, LLC

I want to start by sincerely apologizing for this experience. I believe in accountability and honesty foremost, so as the leader of our organization I saw your comments and wanted to dive in deeper. After looking through all of the notes in your situation, I agree that you were not charged correctly - but because the only option that should have been given in your situation was to replace the toilet altogether. If you would have said no, then we would have thanked you for your time and wished you the best going forward. The price would have been similar (a bit more, but not much) to simply replace with a superior toilet and it is our belief you do not fix something that is older and has issues that will most likely cost the home owner longer over time than what the repair would be when looking at the next 3-5 years of ownership. We will be in contact tomorrow to discuss this further and make this right. Again, I could not be more apologetic that we did not follow our directives on what each customer deserves, which is a better and superior experience. I just bought a house. Looking forward to moving in. But the bathtub drained super slowly! Justin worked very hard to clear the drain without an auger or replacing the drain. When he found one problem, the manufacturing tab wasnt removed, he continued to investigate until a blockage was cleared and the proper tornado formed. Thanks Justin!!Plumb Tite, LLC

I found Plumb Tite in a google search and called them. They are the most professional company that I have ever worked with.
