      Titan Heating and Air installed a new furnace/AC system for me and I would gladly recommend them. Their level of professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction is a model to the industry. I haven’t had to go through the process of purchasing a new HVAC system before, so I had numerous questions including topics ranging from warranty coverage to refrigerant line pressure testing. They were extremely helpful and provided me with answers to all of my queries. After installation, there were a few small hiccups with the new system’s hardware, but company’s owner, Jeff, personally addressed them in a prompt manner and the furnace has been running like a champ.
      Note: This review was originally written last year (shortly after installation), but forgot to post it. Our one-year maintenance is coming up soon and my recommendation still holds!
