    On October 27th of 2022 I shipped three canvases using tracking number ********************* I also paid close to $60 total including the shipping material that I purchased in the store the young lady in the store helped me pack up my items weighed them and said my items would arrive at the latest of tomorrow on October 28th it has been 2 months since I paid the $60 for these three canvases that a client paid $250 to me for since then I have had to repaint all three canvases and send them back out through a different Postal Service because UPS not only took my money and then allowed their employee to steal my canvases with no retribution whatsoever but they are now also refusing to return any of my phone calls when I call UPS Corporate they just transfer me back and forth and back and forth nobody does anything I've reached out to the regional manager and left messages she does not call me back I've reached out to the local store itself the manager does not call me back I would like to be refunded in full for the cost of shipping materials and for shipping so I can never use UPS again. The gentleman that works Sundays at the local store on us 127 took a copy of my receipt the original receipt for the shipping materials and took a copy of my tracking label and said that all I would need is my tracking number when the manager reached out and I would be refunded in full that never happened
