    Wish I could give ZERO stars for Kevin and Precision TV & Electronics Service! We purchased an extended warranty with **** ***** after we purchased our Kitchen Aid refrigerator. We are having trouble with water coming out of the ice maker and leaking into our refrigerator, so the warranty company, ********, sent Kevin with Precision TV & Electronics Service to our home for repair on 4/30/24. Kevin spent 10 minutes looking at the refrigerator and finally said the refrigerator was fine. The problem was us leaving the refrigerator door open! I stated I disagreed, then he left without any repair other than his condescending advice. Problem still happening so I reached out to ******** again. Today, 5/14/24, they once again sent Kevin to our home to do the repair. He stated again since he couldn’t see the water leaking, he could not do anything about it. I asked him if he thought I was lying, and he just gave me a condescending smirk. I was furious. He reminded me to keep the door closed, being adamant that is the problem (which is definitely not the problem). Kevin also stated that we shouldn’t put so many items in our bins, and not over-fill our refrigerator. WHAT? How unbelievably rude. I asked him twice for the name of his supervisor. He finally replied the second time and said if I have a complaint I should to call the company voice mail and/or send an email to the company email address. I have the feeling Kevin is his own boss. No repairs were made today – although he did take all the repair parts **** ***** sent to my home (that he never used). I called ******** to complain. I told them how incompetent Kevin is and I did not feel safe with him being in my home. I hope **** ***** removes Precision TV & Electronics Service from their approved vendor list immediately.

    A technician went to this customers house twice and wasnt able to find any hardware failures with the unit. There is not much our technicians are able to do if they are not able to reproduce an issue at the customers home except to offer some helpful advice about possible issues arising from the way unit is being used. We were never rude or disrespectful towards the ******* as is always the case when dealing with our customers.

    Purchased an extended warranty for our $3,000.00 ** Fridge. ******** sends this place to do a "diagnostic." on it, which was the 4th time the appliance has had the same issue. Still fuming at the fact that "Joe Schmoe" was a smug, condescending, NOT AT ALL thorough tech. He never called HD to do an actual diagnostic which he was supposed to do. He simply shined his little flashlight and proceeded to tell my husband and I that it's improper installation, and user error. He told us "as stated in the manual" multiple times and shrugged his shoulders. We had a time window of 12-5pm and he shows up at 8:30pm, real professional right? Needless to say, I contacted ******** immediately and had to start another claim because "Joe Schmoe had my 4th claim closed with "no issues." Doesn't even deserve 1 star... What a joke!

     

    I stand behind my initial complaint. Simply taking pictures of the inside of my appliance and stating "it's in the owners manual" multiple times is NOT diagnosing the problem. That is what Joe Schmo was there to do and he did not.. He is most definitely not thorough like he claimed to be. Lacks customer service skills to boot. Absolutely waste of our time.

    Mrs. ******** know that hearing that the technician couldn't find any issues with your refrigerator is not what you wanted to hear. Also the technician did inform you multiple times that he was running behind schedule and you made him aware that it was no big deal. Also, yes your warranty company was definitely informed of the tech's findings, including 20 pics the next day and they denied coverage because there were no issues found. Unfortunately we cannot reverse this decision of theirs.

    Bought an extended warranty from ***** for a dual temperature mini wine cooler that stopped working properly after 3 years. I called the number that was in the warranty manual and got Precision TV & Electronics. Called and made an appointment for them to come out about two weeks later. On the day the tech was to come out, they called and asked me to unplug cooler for 24 hours and call back if that does not work. Called back and made another appointment because after unplugging it, the cooler was still not working. About 10 days later tech came out and looked at it and said it needs a part. Was informed they would need to order the part and would call me to set up another appointment. After about another ten days I called and left a message and asked someone call me back. After about a week I called once again and spoke to a man by the name of Kevin. I explained to him about the reason for my call and he got very argumentative, rude, and unprofessional. He informed me my appointment was for the day that I called and questioned as to why I was not called and he said I was emailed the appointment and I looked and never received one. I was scheduled for tech to come out by 5 p.m. but at 5 was told he wasn't going to be able to get to me that day and rescheduled me about 8 days later. Finally a tech came out and put on the part. The tech who came out twice was very professional and I had no problem with him but Kevin who I believe owns the business rude and ignorant and argumentative. I would not recommend anyone use this company and ***** need to be made aware of the customer service of this company. I wish I could take away the one star ?? rating I had to give to file this complaint.

    Every effort was made to appease this customer with good basic customer ********************** including ************** actually getting this customer's appliance repaired on or about Oct. 29th. ************ was being nasty, rude, and derogatory toward our staff since the very first correspondence with him for no reason. There were some delays with his repair due to circumstances beyond our control which ************ was made aware of during the whole process. However, he was still rude, nasty, and derogatory with us which was highly unwarranted.

    I stand by review of this uisness being not worthy of 1 star. The employee named ***** shown not one shred of professionalism. I see reviews where others have had a problem with the business and mentions him by name. I could not fit all of the events that happen during our phone conversation due to a character limitation. ******************* up on me in addition to his unprofessional attitude
