      paid $464.28. They broke the jeep door limiting strap. Thankfully I realized & grabbed the door before it hit the front end. Drive door cut is wavy so I ask if they can clean up the line. they said they probably have to redo it but have to look at it first. I go, told it needs redone, they cant do it now & scheduled. Was done on a Saturday yet they refused to do warranty work on Saturday. I tell him about the broken door strap, he changes the subject & tells me a new ***** accusing them of scratching their glass & how unreasonable people are. driver door redone on 6/19. On 6/24 I notice the back window is messed up. I send a ** message with a photo, ** told to make another trip in for them to look at it. I go there and the same guy comes out & says that he knows why Im ********** doesnt need to look at it because he noticed it last time I was there and figured Id be back!!! He schedules for to come back again for a redo. He made comments about people having unrealistic expectations when they pay the extra for ceramic. I said theres a certain stardard of an established business vs someones driveway. The redo is much worse than before! I called, spoke to the owners ********** said she will talk to her husband & get back with me. She calls back & tells me that the strut on the back window shifts the plastic piece on the window which messes up the tint. I didnt open the trunk for over a week after having it done. I mention they broke the strap. She didnt offer money back for inconvenience, to redo the back window or pay for what they broke. I finally just tell her to take it off & give my money back. Every time I have to drop it off the night before & pick it up the night after so we have to take 2 vehicles there & then back again to pick it up. They take the tint off & need my card for refund so I leave work to swipe my card & go back after work again to pick up. I ask to be reimbursed for the strap they broke, she was very rude & refused.
