    The only reasons we booked a site was to get our laundry done and have hot showers as our water heater is out and we won’t have hot water until PA. $64 for the night and turns out the laundry room is broken and the showers were warm for about 2 mins. False advertising when we’re paying for amenities that aren’t really available. We would have stayed somewhere else.

    I reserved a cabin for 5 days costing $297 August 29. I called back within a week to cancel due to changing our mind. Gas went up to $4/gallon and with my husband's disability it just didnt sound disability friendly. The guy I talked to was David the owner. He gave me a cancelation number of 180. I called the campground back a week later asking where my refund was and spoke a lady. David was not in but she'd rely the message. We've called and called then eventually received an email from this David not a call stating please be patient while we are trying to refund your money. Now it's been almost a month and no refund. My husband contacted and spoke to David tonight 9/24 and David said The Campground is under new management which the website says today. David said there's nothing he can do since it's sold. Very bad service! I will be contacting an attorney tomorrow since I have a text from David acknowledging he owes me my refund.
