    Was knowledgeable about fixing my computer but after he fixed the issues I asked him to fixed, he proceeded to install his own “custom” programs and start up menus that I never asked for and never agreed too. Even installed an antivirus software when I never asked him to do so. I had to ask him over 5 times to remove the programs from my computer and he continued to insist that “he had them on his computer and it was fine” no matter how many times I politely asked him to stop and delete them. He also failed to mention he smoked cigarettes in his trailer and now my computer reeks of cigarette smell that I cannot get to go away. Had to take my computer to a secondary computer shop to make sure all programs he downloaded were actually uninstalled properly and come to find out they were not. I would not recommend Er Computer Repair under any circumstances due to his unprofessionalism and inability to respect my wishes on my personal gaming computer.

    I fixed the issues I asked of me. i offered fee antivirus and other free software. He declined The software but not politely. i removed them only thing i let on his computer was Microsoft .net framework required by most Games. Any perverse software He downloaded himself and overclocking software he wanted to overclock his processor and ram. i all so left his game launchers so he could launch his games. If he was truly worried i left anything on his pc.
    A person could download a Windows ISO and perform a clean reinstall themselves with a cheap usb stick if they were concerned about leftover data. Complaining about smoke when 1/2 his fans and lighting are burned out in his computer and or malfunctioning. His computer Could Have Burned my house down. I under any circumstances due to his customers unprofessionalism, baggering and insulting behavior i will not help him again.
