    Paid owner to cut down 2 trees. He damaged my driveway putting holes in it, from dropping trunks carelessly. He damaged my shrub leaving a log laying on it. He told me more than once he would come by to repair and then never would answer or make repairs. A few weeks after the tree removal i had an underground plumbing leak from him running his Bobcat over my water lines on already soft ground, repeatedly . That costed me an $1800 repair.

    Per **** as dictated to Dispute Resolution Coordinator by phone:  Driveway was crumbled to start with.  Went to cut tree that was 4 big trees grown together to keep it from falling on her house.  Was cold when he went, so there was mud.  He sent a guy to repair, matter of fact he states he's sent a couple of guys to repair but someone at the house told the guys (as he said he didn't go), that they didn't want them there.

    I am rejecting this response because:

    This is ALL lies! Why would I tell someone I didn’t want them to repair my driveway? He caused more damage than the one picture i was allowed to post and my driveway was not crumbled. It had just been sealed a few months before he came knocking holes in it. It did have cracks after he drove equipment over it 100 times. I have attached a photo of the driveway you say was crumbled. No men ever came by. I work daily,  there would be nobody to tell them to leave. Also, i have more than one outdoor camera that would have captured anyone coming by.As far as the mud, it sure was muddy. As a tree trimming professional, if he can even be called that, he should know not to be driving heavy equipment and dropping huge limbs over water lines which caused them to crack and a cery expensive repair. The tree that was cut was not about to fall on the house. It was very much alive. I just wanted it gone. I guess my next step will be providing my receipt for the plumbing repair and driveway repair to a lawyer. Since all the response was lies and more lies
