    I bought two dehumidifiers from DooDahDeals in Aug 2025. Both arrived missing the same essential hose part, so the continuous-drain feature couldn’t be used. After I reported the first unit’s issues (plus a blown indicator light), the only offer was a non-negotiable 25% refund or return. I still gave them another chance and ordered a second unit—it had the exact same missing part.

    When I opened returns, the seller mixed carriers (one FedEx, one UPS). They then canceled a label and messaged a new label outside the eBay return case, which could have jeopardized tracking. They didn’t offer a pickup; that came up only after I’d already dropped the boxes (heavy) at FedEx 11:50 AM and UPS 12:20 PM on Aug 9. I was also accused of “feedback extortion” for proposing a reasonable middle-ground refund given duplicate defects and the hassle.

    Refunds were issued after I posted feedback and the items were already in transit. Overall, a frustrating experience with repeat quality misses, rigid policies, and avoidable return headaches.

    No engineering dept to get technical answers. Customer service personal leaves doubt as to the answer for the inquiry. In this inquiry for engineering requierment for proper insulation which are not show in the installation manual. Item 9,000 btu. split A/C unit.

    Purchased their Bright Living Multi-Directional LED Light which came with a remote. I lost the remote somehow. Called 4 times until I was finally able to speak to someone. No one called back. The guy told me they couldn't send a replacement cause they only come with the main light itself. So without the remote this light is completely worthless. I can't believe they wouldn't have extras for people that have lost them or the broke. The company doesn't care one but. The guy I spoke to didn't apologize either.
