      I have tried to email them with no answer. Called them several times and left messages with no return phone call or communication. I went to go look at the rental and it is in awful condition. It does not look safe, secure, or like there has been any upkeep. Several are broken, have gaps, and absolutely not functional. I went to the one that was assigned to me and it has a lock on it. It looks like an awful place that I do not want to leave my things. Especially not now that I cannot even communicate with anyone and trying to cancel my contract. Went over my lunch break and no one is there during operating hours

      I have stored a vehicle at this location for almost 20 years. In June I called to make my payment and was told I no longer had an account. I did a search of my email and found two notices sent on back-to-back days (June 22nd and 23rd) stating that my contract was terminated. Both emails had the vacate date left blank. I never received a phone call, certified letter or regular mail letter notifying me of this issue. They then had my vehicle towed and never supplied the location until I was able to call in July. Now my vehicle is in danger of being auctioned off and has a sizable bill now in the thousands. i had one conversation today with the manager and she claimed that she has records of emails and phone calls that they made. I have all the emails that they sent and the dates do not match her story. I feel that they should refund me at least the equivalent of the towing charges from the time when they towed it to when I learned of the impound.

      This tenant was sent a notice when we originally took over ownership of the site requesting that all account information be updated and that we needed any vehicles on-site to be in running condition. We also requested documents including proof of ownership, vehicle registration and informed everyone at the time of takeover that anyone who failed to comply to these terms would have their vehicle removed. This notice was emailed and sent April 29th, 2023. 

      "If you have a parking space with a vehicle, we will be sending out information forms to collect information
      regarding the vehicles stored on the property. Vehicle has to be running/driveable. If any tenant fails to provide
      Proof of Vehicle Insurance, Proof of Registration, Proof of Ownership, or the requested information to
      accurately verify the vehicle parked in that space by May 29th, 2023, the vehicle will be towed from the
      property at the vehicle owners expense."

      Tenant failed to comply to the terms and the vehicle was towed from the property at the vehicle owners expense.
