    First off, I want to say the work was great from the teams that came to the house. They worked well, polite, cleaned up well. My problem is with a manager, Mike. From the moment he got our first payment his communication began lacking. We would text/call about a start date, and after I called someone else, I got answers. Mike would blatantly tell us he forgot to order our supplies for 3 full weeks. Yes, 3 weeks. He wouldn't let us know when the next team would be starting. After it was done I noticed a riser step missing from the deck. We discussed in detail what I wanted at the start of this and it was forgotten in the contract. Because he remembered my step discussion he said he would do it with our extra materials. 6 weeks have gone by now. I have called once a week to get an update on when that would get done and I have been met with "I completely forgot about it, haha." "Yeah I have the materials I just need to get it done and I'll get it out there." "I forgot again but I'll get to it." The company had a sudden death, condolences given on my end, however the last time I called Mike yelled at me on the phone and proceeded to cuss me out. I won't put what was said, but it was completely unprofessional, unwarranted, and disgusting. Every time I've called I've been patient and nice. This was the only time I was different. I was still polite however o stated that I was beginning to get frustrated as this has now gone on for 6 weeks. Because I said the words I am getting frustrated to Mike he felt the need to yell at me and cuss me out. Let it be known, I wouldn't be calling again had he done this weeks ago like he said he would. He is so unprofessional and from my experience with Mike alone, I can tell you I will never use this company again. He's constantly been making excuses for his actions from the start. The way I feel is that the company got paid, so therefore they no longer care about clearing up concerns in a timely and professional manner.

    Here at tailor-made we unfortunately lost one of our business partners. He passed away at 37 years old to an undiagnosed heart condition. I explain to the customer that this was going to be a hard circumstance for us to overcome and we were going to need some patience. On her other complaints and I communicated to her husband that the job would take 3 to 5 weeks to complete which the job was completed within those time frames. No materials were ever not ordered I have no idea what she's talking about. The extra step on her deck that she wanted was not on the contract and we agreed to do it for free when we had some downtime. The customer did call numerous times wanting updates and did seem very irritated on most of those phone calls. I was confused why the frustration Was so consistent when we were on schedule to finish all within our estimated time. Her husband Ryan was always nice and appreciative every time we spoke. My communication with dates timelines and so on Raul through Ryan so I'm assuming the communication between Ryan and his wife we're not clear. Overall the job went to plan and as expected. Other than the loss of our business partner and asking for some additional time to add the step for free there was no other issues
