    Help me was sent out by ****** to fix my washing machine lid he brought the lid I left him down there for a while when I went down to check on him I saw him messing with the panel punching a whole bunch of buttons on it like code then he denied to fix my machine because ********* would not get the confirmation number and time so he left my machine worse than what it was when he showed up I called **** and they hung up on me said take them to court I'd like my washing machine panel fixed now that they broke they also attempted to get extra work out of me telling me I needed a bearing fixed in it that does not need to be fixed I would like my panel replaced or the code set back on it correctly so I can run my machine now after I put the lid on it myself

    Customer stated unit is under warranty. It clearly is not. Unit was manufactured on 4/22/2020. ALMOST 4 YEARS AGO.  We advised him before when we set up the call that he must provide a receipt for the purchase of the washing machine in order to cover under warranty. He has failed/refused to supply us with proof of purchase. The technician in trying to determine the problem with the washer, put unit in service mode to check the error codes, which there where multiple codes. The problem with the washer is not just a lid issue, it also has bad GEAR CASE and bearing very noisy, the lid was physically broken. Also unit has multiple error codes in which just replacing the lid will not fix. We asked him to contact ****** to try and get a concession for the repairs which he was unable to get. This unit is obviously not under warranty. He is trying to get someone to fix his 4 year old machine for free.  I tried discussing calmly with him on the phone. He raised his voice and even started yelling at me. He made threats of legal action at which time we advised him again that either he provide a receipt for the purchase or have ****** provide and authorization/concession to pay for the repairs. He said he going to sue us and ******. All he has to do is provide a receipt to show it is under warranty and everything will be fixed and paid for by ******* He still refuses to provide the receipt.
