      I was sold a spa by the sales person to be brand new. I am sure it was a used or demo spa. The spa had water stains and was very dirty. I called the company and they sent a person out to spend half a day cleaning and draining the spa multiple times. The lid was all ready installed on the wrong side when delivered. We asked that the lid be installed when delivered because it was to be installed on a different side. It had to be reinstalled when delivered and holes from previous install showed. After two months the cover for the filters fell off. It appers to have been glued on multiple times because there was two different glue marks on the cover. I called twice and went to there store once to report this issue but have had no service. They do not return calls and do not answer any questions about the issues. This is not acceptable after paying $13000 for this unit. This dealership Flinthills Spa of Wichita owes me some compensation due to a bait and switch sale. I did not get what I paid for.
