    Business Response

    Date: 01/09/2025

"We appreciate your feedback. I apologize that our work and customer service was not up to your expectations. This project did not go perfectly, and we have tried to satisfy you. I came out to your house 3 times after the original work was completed to see what needed to be corrected and to try and satisfy your concerns. The painting of the siding was not something in our written estimate, but I had the craftsmen complete the work as a good faith act. The fascia board was too rotten and warped to secure as estimated and I discussed that with you before I reduced the price to adjust for not completing that work. The original craftsmen primed and painted the brick, removed, and re-glazed the storm windows, then reinstalled and painted the storm windows and the siding. The second craftsman that was at your project removed the storm windows and added glazing to the areas that you were concerned about. He also scraped, sanded, and repainted several areas and caulked any areas that were not done. We also purchased another gallon of the paint to touch up the areas that you had concerns about. When I came to your house the final time, and reduced the final bill, you were satisfied with the work and said we had come to a fair resolution. I apologize that you are not happy with our work. As a reminder, we warranty our work for 1 year. Please let us know if we need to re-visit your project."
