    Completely dishonest. We paid a fee for him to return extra materials. He added charges on to the bill after he saw what we got as a refund. He claimed it was standard practice to charge for the area of flooring that was purchased, not for the area that was installed. When there were issues with the job, suddenly there was no warranty on the work.

    When we deliver a floor, we charge for what we handle on the square footage. There was balance left over and I returned per their request. They received full credit for flooring returned. Because this is a mobile home, we do not warranty installation. It’s a double wide and this type of home has movement. What Laura is not telling you, I came out to inspect the floor, she was very belligerent toward me and my wife. I’ve been in business since 1992. We work very hard to try and please our customers.you cannot please her. I have messages on my phone thanking me for a great job. After they sent me payment. I don’t know where she’s getting the dishonest comment I did exactly as she asked on the return no charges were added after the fact that is completely false, and I have paperwork to prove it. I honestly did not want to take this job, however, it was a referral, so I did the installation as per her and her husbands request.
