    so, a few months ago, my fiancé went to this business in hope of getting her wedding dress altered, she dropped the dress off and a date was made to pick it up. in-between the time it was dropped off to the day it was supposed to be picked up, we kept calling to get an update or if we could pick it up early since it was finished a few days after it was dropped off that way if any mistakes were made that we could get them fixed, bear in mind we weren't able to pick it up until almost a month after dropping off date. the owners were *************** towards my fiancé and making her feel uncomfortable to the point she didn't want to step into the establishment. and on the day that the dress was to be picked up, the dress was not altered to what she wanted. so, we were unhappy with the service we were given and left a bad review towards the business, shortly after the review was given, we started to receive emails from the business, as well as calls and text messages from them, stating they want to fix the problem and that we were making false claims on the review. at this point we just want the business to leave us alone. earlier today we received another email from the business stating that if we don't remove the bad review that they were going to move to legal action against us. i don't currently have the correspondence between my fiancé and them but if that is needed at a later date then i will happily provide them.

    We took 7 expensive cashmere throws in to have monogrammed for Christmas presents. When returned there were only 5! Satish continues to lie, and we are out $600 for the two throws! Do not do business with them *****************

    It is unfortunate Lori feels that way, she spoke a few minutes ago to us, when we told her that ************** confirmed they had shipped 7 throws in different shipments and they could not find any additional orders in her name. Lori did mention to me she took the other throws that were missing to another store to get them monogrammed since we were closed for our daughter's wedding.
    The invoice was provided to us by Lori and I had informed to her that I will be calling and checking with ************** about the confusion. If only ************** confirms(Proves) they had sent her more the 7 throws pertaining to this particular order I am willing to work with her in a mutual way.
    After the last discussion today around noon Lori said she will talk to ************** and get back to me. Surprised to see this coming.
    We are in this business past 25 plus years and we are NOT THIEVES it is unfortunate you are accusing us in such strong terms. Understood the fact we are BROWN SKIN people it is easy to accuse us and still get away with it......it is very hurtful for such comments we have worked our BACKS OFF TO BE HERE AND WE DO NOT STEAL FROM ANY ONE WE HAVE PUT OUR BLOOD AND SWEAT TO DO WHAT WE DO AND WE DO NOT STEAL...................
    Since she paid for 7 throws and we did not do all of the 7 we will refund the embroidery charges ONLY for the 2 we have not done, which she took it to the other place and got the embroidery done. However the person with the card needs to be present to process the refund.
