    The business was said to have my truck done over a month ago but has not been in contact with me at all and seems to have shop locked up with nobody in sight on “business” days, he asked for money up front for parts don’t know if he got those or not but other people was there looking for their trucks to since he has not answered anyone.

    I took my pickup to this business on June 15, 2033 to have a longblock engine put in. I was told that it would be a 4-5 day turnaround. Following many excuses and unanswered phone calls or texts, we went to the business after waiting 3 weeks, to take control of our truck and have it trailered back to Ellsworth.Nothing had been done to the truck in those 3 weeks. *** was very irate and refused to let us take the truck. He then had the truck put inside so we couldn’t access it. He told the 2 policemen that there was a mechanics lien on it and that we still owed money on it. We had paid a portion of the bill by credit card and had intended to pay the remainder when the truck was finished. Obviously nothing had been done, so how could there be a mechanics lien? After much more yelling, profanity and threats and being told we were trespassing on his property, we left. We simply want the work completed properly after which we will pay the remainder of the repair cost or we would like to engage a transport service (at our expense) to return the pickup to Ellsworth.
