Mon, May 15, 6:58?PM (12 hours ago) to Chris I have concerns! My vehicle is not complete and inadvertently other issues. 1. My driver seat has on it, it looks like your rubbed the leather raw trying to remove it. 2. The driver door switches are not lined up correctly. I cannot adjust the mirrors at all. 3. The paint sprayed into the interior of the car. It is in the carpet, seatbelts, door trim, moldings, window seals, and the passenger seat. 4. The trim piece in the outside of the car is not secure and can come off easily. 5. The door alignment is not correct and I have to aggressively shut the door more now than before repairs.6. The door was not reassembled properly and the installation is showing through the door paneling. 7. You left other people’s personal information inside my vehicle. 8. In the statement it says the trim was “replaced” however the trim also looks original and rubbed raw trying to remove paint. 9. You sprayed the inside of my door paneling that was factory black with silver paint.10. My driver side door handle has a large gash in it removed paint that wasn’t repaired.I have attached a copy of all the photos that I took.

Good morning, Heather when we spoke weeks ago in the matter of the email you sent to us with the issues I gave you my personal cell number to call me at any time. At that time you said that you were never wanted to bring the vehicle back to us to go over it with you in person to get this matter resolved.I tried to reasure you that we would stick behind our work and get it taken care of. At this time I have paid the attached invoices above to resolve this issues you let me know about. We paid the company you chose to detail the vehicle to resolve all the issues on the interior. We paid the company you chose to fix the door pooping issue and trim issues. The repair we did is a lifetime warranty on workmanship and paint. If there are any issues we still need to resolve please contact us as we can get it handled immediately. I do apologize for the internal customer paperwork that was in the vehicle. We are tranning a new employee on parts processes. He made a mistake and put a small box with that paperwork on it in the back of youre vehicle. As for the trim panel that stated we it was factory black and that we got silver overspray on it I am sorry, That part was not on the vehicle when the vehicle was painted. I am not sure what was on it as we were not able to see the concerns in person due to not wanting to bring the vehicle back to us. As for the handle it was removed off the vehicle and placed in parts bin to reinstall after vehicle is painted. As there was no damage on the handle in the picture above. However if its something we need to take care of please let us know so we can see the vehicle and get a game plan rolling.
