  On July 9, 2024, I had an asphalt driveway put in at my home; it looked great; I was told by the owner, Martin M******, not to drive on it until the next day; I waited 2 days; my car left imprints backing out of driveway; also noted that in front of my detached garage the asphalt was uneven and covered up a drain, and more tire prints were noted; and rain stood on my driveway for 5-7 days and could not drain off. I called Martin M****** and sent him pictures; he came to my home (this all within 2 weeks); and told me that the damage was my fault. Maryco fixed the areas, but the area in front of driveway still did not drain; so called again on 8/12/24; Martin M****** was rude. On 8/31/24; again fixed the driveway. The driveway was cracking; called again and on 10/9/24 filled the cracks in the driveway; cracks were not fixed, just painted over; So I contacted Maryco Asphalt on 10/30/24. I told them the cracks were still present; today, 11/12/24, Maryco came out to refill the cracks; the same man as before, put a different fill on them that was thick and beaded up; he asked me to come out and look the repairs over; I thought the repairs looked okay; then the guy started to tell me that things like this happen and if I want my money back, they would tear up the driveway, put the white rock back down and give my money back; I at no time asked them to do that. All I wanted was for this company to stand behind the work they did and fix what needed to be fixed. This man proceeded to tell me "that because I was lonely and retired, that I sat around all day to find things wrong with the driveway"! I told him that he was inappropriate and had no right talking to me that way, to get off my property. My worry, is that they won't stand behind their work; and my driveway needs to be sealed in spring; and Maryco won't stand behind their work; Both the owner, Martin M****** and his son, were so rude to me; trying to make me feel bad that I complained about the bad work;
