      I play Bingo at bingo casino ************************* my complaint is at the beginning of bingo the collar gets on the stand and they States their rules of their building or organization and as they're saying these rules they say you have to call Bingo loud enough to stop the caller and if you're playing a machine and if it rings it is still your responsibility as a player to holler bingo loud enough so the Bingo collar can hear you say bingo the Bingo collar is not allowed to just stop the games just because they hear the machine go off now I have been there on many occasions and have seen several workers sit at the stand and when Bingo is playing they hear the machine go off and they just stop calling numbers and turn the machine off now granted the person that's playing bingo with the machine have not yet bingo but the collar is not supposed to stop until he hears someone say bingo like I said on too many occasions different colors sit at that stand and when they hear that machine being they stop calling the numbers and they say we have a bingo to me this is false advertisement I don't understand the reasoning behind saying the rules if you're not going to hold them up or enforce them for every organization charity or whatever group is playing in the bingo hall that night so I have I should say got cheated out of a $*** constellation game on August 26th 2022 ******************************************* the collar had put up g51 and he put it in the machine and as he put the next number in the monitor that was G56 a machine date the lady did not yell bingo he stopped the calls he stopped the balls he stopped calling Bingo and he said we have a bingo and the lady just raised her tablet up and I was sitting beside him and I said you are not supposed to do that you are supposed to call the next number because you did not hear her holler Bingo just because you hurt that machine go off you do not have a right to stop calling the numbers and he just sat there ************************************************************************************** and he had nothing to say to me several other people in the bingo hall also said what I said that she did not give Bingo and you're not supposed to stop when you hear the machine dink so my thing is they cheated me out of a $*** game and I will never go back inside that bingo hall again and another thing I have witnessed with my own two eyes of the people at the paper stand giving away free papers to people and giving away free pull tabs I have never said anything about this because they have cameras on their property that records the parking lot records the inside of the bingo hall I told myself that that was on them to roll back their cameras and see what people are doing at their business so I have never said anything but I'm tired and somebody needs to do something about this either they need to honor what they say or they need to take their machines out of their Hall or they don't need to read rules out at the beginning of bingo if they're not going to stand by them someone needs to talk to these people so they can stop cheating other people out of their money hard-earned money that other people work for and go there for entertainment purposes and if you win it'll make your night better but then cheated out of your win that's not right someone needs to be held responsible for their actions everyone in that building is an adult and they're over the age of 18 that's in the organization so if they're not going to do right maybe they need to close their establishment down
