This company has sent a letter to me threatening me and my children’s lively hood. Accusing me of owing money to them and a company I have never heard of nor utilized. When I questioned what this was about and explained that I have never utilized their services I was treated like a liar and spoken to with disdain as if it were impossible for somebody to steal somebody else’s identity. What makes it even worse, as when I explain to them that I was never notified not once about a nor a court hearing or anything like that I was basically scoffed at or laughed at and then told that when they tried to notify me,it was returned to sender as Undeliverable. I stated to the young lady clearly something is off if in 10 years you have not been able to give me any notification and your proceeded to put a judgement in my name and I was unable to defend myself against this theft because I had no knowledge. So this company and the other company knowingly defrauded me knowing that I was unable to prove this is not me and defend myself against this theft becauae I was never ever notified. The company has used this company to steal from my three children

I was expecting at least some guidance or direction from this law firm that filed a summons/petition. However, I was met with an outright refusal to provide any assistance, which I find extremely disappointing given the firm’s profession- and the paperwork they sent me. Useless, unhelpful.

I understand that law firms have policies and limitations regarding information, but completely declining to elaborate or give even general advice or guidance on something they sent to me in the first place, is unprofessional and unhelpful. If this "law firm" does not provide any assistance for cases that are there's to begin with, it would be helpful to clearly state this upfront to avoid wasting people's time.

    Complaint: ********

I am rejecting this response because your claim isn’t relevant. You say it’s on a public forum yet public or private- still same issue. You’re not doing your clients any good whatsoever.

    Sincerely,

This lawyer (**** ********** ******* ********) is automatically charging me for a service that I did not sign up for. It's being taken directly from my alimony direct deposit and I have no need for this service nor did I ever ask for it.

2/23/24 I contacted this business over a lawsuit over the phone that was filed against me for 2 collections accounts. I had received no contact from them prior to the lawsuit taped to my door. I submitted my divorce decree to them over email on march 1st 2024 because these debts were taken in my divorce by the other party. I was informed this would redirect the debt, and I provided the phone number and address for the other party. I have reached back multiple times over the course of the last month to see if these have been corrected as they have not been removed from my credit and I have not been informed these have been redirected.
Due to the nature of the divorce, me being a victim of domestic violence victim, and having filed a PFA against the other party as well as the divorce— communicating with the other party directly is not feasible. I have been relying solely on response from the agency in which they have not been compliant.
