Attention- Do yourselves a favor, I am trying to warn you and save you all from this nightmare, he absolutely has no business handling anyone’s benefits. I am speaking from experience, and I am not alone, google, read the reviews. He has worked in the SSA local administration and he will not be investigated like anyone with complaints should be, they protect this person, which is conflict of interest. He is inconsistent, and applies rules and regulations as he sees fit. This man never had one conversation with me ever, to know what was in my best interest to make decisions, and causing so much damage financially, without accountability. I had to make a congressional request to have him removed, due to the SSA for never protecting me, allowing , medical neglect, abuse of not providing basic necessities, shelter, food, hygiene, being wreck less, paying rent late, 4 months of 3 day pay or quit, leaving me stranded, all late fees are paid with your benefits, refused to provide financial records for his entirety of handling benefits, and had benefits decreased before he was removed out of retaliation, and for a situation he was responsible for. He tends to do this to recipients of ssi who have no family support, or anyone, and then blames their mental state. I hope you all take this serious, I never suffered in my life like I did and still am due to his negligence , and he has yet to be held accountable, for all the loses and repayment of all fees he charged to fulfill his duties, which I consider theft, especially when you request he resign, for two years and he ignores your requests , and continues to charge. and since local SSA will dismiss any complaints on him, what it takes for anyone to help or hear your voice, has been exhausting, the emotional, physically, and mental, defeated, overwhelming feeling, it has been the worst mistakes I agreed to in my entire life, I hope It saves you from having to learn the hard way.
