    I hired aegis ***** ***** to install Trelona® Termite Baiting System. These were installed on March 18, 2025. On May 9, 2025 I let ***** know that we were having major work done at our home. I also inquired about the nature of the monitoring for the stations. This was his reply: "The bait only needs to be switched out every 10-12 months, so any work you do over the summer won’t be an issue for us. However, if those stations get in the way of any renovations you’re doing, or if they need to be moved/reset, just let us know and we can do that."
    I texted ***** on June 24 and on June 25 to let him know I was trying to get in touch with him. I did not receive a reply. On June 25 I emailed to say work had been completed on our home and that we were ready for follow up regarding at least one bait station that had been disturbed. That evening, the email I sent bounced back. In addition I called and left a voicemail on 6/30/25 and have yet to have a return call. I would like to get out of the contract that I signed for ongoing maintenance as there appears to be no maintenance being done.
