  Unlike ***** waiting to add a higher bid during the last few seconds of an auction item, automatically generates an additional 5 minutes to the ending of that auction itemyou can potentially be there all night with a bidding war! Keep this in mind if you think the last minute bidding strategy will work in your favor, because it doesnt work that way at all.

  Excellent company I have literally won hundreds of auctions in the ******* area and I have never been disappointed! I would highly recommend ********* to anyone wanting quality merchandise at a fraction of the price.

  I have always been treated kindly and respectfully by each and every franchise holder and/or their staff members. Many of the sites will assist with loading and those that help have never acted as though they were being burdened beyond their job description. Only one item that I won the bid on has been totally defective so it went to the dump. Some sites will guarantee the item functions as designed and I prefer bidding on those sites.

  I have been buying from them for over 12 years. Still using most of what I purchased. Lately most of my purchases have been from the ********** affiliate. They are efficient, clean and helpful.

  I took the following concerns to the auction house, Winchester and Sons at the number listed on ********** site, who I have been communicating with since the day of pickup. They have stopped responding to my attempts to contact them. I purchased a refrigerator through *********. I scheduled a pickup window that was in 5 minute increments through your site and confirmed this time with the individual at the phone number above. Upon arrival, the refrigerator was still inside the home. In order to remove the fridge from the house, we not only had to disassemble it but also portions of the home (railings and decking). We were not prepared to be taking apart a persons home. In order to do this, we also had to go purchase tools. What should have taken 10 minutes took over 2 additional hours, which I incurred additional expenses for the individuals I paid to move it. And we not only removed and moved pieces of the home, we also reinstalled and moved them back to the way we found them. To make matters worse, the item was misrepresented as having a working ice maker. Per the terms online, I brought this to Winchester and Sons attention. They asked me what I wanted them to do about this situation and I told them that I wanted them to make this right. And they have not responded to my attempts to contact them since. This is my last ditch effort to get some resolution.

  The bidding process is well done . Liked the notifications of when I was outbid. Only one item did not look like photo. Not sure who took photos but they used the same photo for another item. Overall a good experience. Would continue useing them in the future.

  I have had great experiences, but unfortunately that is far and few between. I go in with the mentality of if I would be upset at gambling this money away then don't bid on the item. I have had poor experience with some of the vendors not accurately describing items. If you pick a box up and it rattles broken glass, I wouldn't call that appears new. I have also had a vendor recently reuse the same picture for items, which inaccurately showed the item I received was far more damaged then the one pictured. Yes you can get some great deals, but you can also get broken junk without knowing.

  These auctions have many useful items. Most are open box returns. Occasionally you receive items that are missing hardware which is easily replaced. I highly recommend shopping with them.
